We brew & bottle our famously original Cackalacky^® brand Spice Sauce the same way we did "way back when" - when we first made our "zest" for a small group of friends in our tiny North Carolina cottage kitchen: carefully.  The only difference is that we seem to have a LOT more Cackalacky friends these days!
                                                 
And, in spite of our good fortune over the years, we still brew Cackalacky by hand in small-kettle batches using more than twenty all-natural ingredients - including chunky southern-grown sweet potatoes, red wine, and just the right amount of herbs & chile spice.  And, we are still extra, extra, extra careful to leave out all of the bad stuff.  So, you can be absolutely sure that you are getting nothing but our signature honest-to-goodness "Cackalacky zest" in every bottle!
