The Famously First, Original, and Only Cackalacky!
Years ago, in our tiny Cackalacky^® Kitchen, we set out on a quest to brew a different kind of condiment.  Our mission was simple: we wanted to create a sauce that was full of flavor, free of harmful chemicals, and, most important of all, we wanted to make something that actually makes food taste better.  So, that's exactly what we did. 

We called our zesty creation "Cackalacky:" the nicely spicy dressing, dip, and topping that's made with more than twenty all-natural ingredients that you can actually pronounce - including nutritious sweet potatoes. (Yes!  Sweet potatoes!)  As a matter of fact, we put so many fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices into our original recipe that it actually has more ingredients than the leading national hot sauce, ketchup, and mustard brands combined! 

Today, we are still obsessed with "standing apart from the crowd" and fulfilling our mission to be the "first, original, and only" in all of our zesty endeavors.  And, we still brew & bottle Cackalacky by hand in small-kettle batches - the very same way that we did for our friends and family "way back when."  The only difference is that we seem to have a lot more friends these days!   

How Should I Use My Cackalacky?
Generously!  For starters, try pouring Cackalacky on anything that you grill, bake, or broil.  It always makes the best omelets, beans, sandwiches, pizza, vegetables, chili and Bloody Mary's taste even better!  As a general rule, we like to pour Cackalacky on anything that needs more flavor.  The possibilities are endless!

Cackalacky: Funny Name.  Serious Zest.
Like the creation of our extraordinarily different condiment recipe, our famously original registered trade name - Cackalacky - has its roots in the lore and culture of the Carolinas.  And, while our funny sounding name pays tribute to the rich history of the birthplace our our recipe, we also think it captures our youthful spirit of innovation, our dogged determination to be "different," and our pride in our Carolina home.

Accept no substitute for the first, original, and only Cackalacky brand!
