Cackalacky Amazian Glaze
 
Ingredients:
1 cup water
½ cup “less sodium” soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 healthy splash o’ Cackalack (at least 1/3 cup)
 
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan.  Bring to a rapid boil and whisk until peanut butter dissolves.  Then, simmer and stir occasionally for a few more minutes allowing to reduce & thicken slightly. 
 
Drizzle Amazian Glaze over rice, steamed veggies, fish (especially salmon & talapia), beef, pork, and chicken.  This sauce also makes a perfectly savory grilling glaze and marinade!
