Cackalacky
® Hotdog Cruisers
Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package beef hot dogs (or tofu hot dogs)
8 slices processed American cheese
8 slices bread
About 3 Tbsp. softened butter
A few dashes Cackalacky Spice Sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a slice of bread and spread about a teaspoon of butter on one side.
Turn the bread over to the un-buttered side and splash on a dash of
Cackalacky Spice Sauce and cover with a slice of cheese. Place a hot dog
diagonally on top of the cheese. Starting with one corner roll the bread
corner to corner around the frankfurter. Insert a toothpick to hold the
whole thing together. Repeat for the remaining cruisers. Bake for 20 to 30
minutes or until golden brown.
Use Cackalacky as a zesty side sauce for dipping for even more
fun and flavor!
