This zesty and easy recipe has two parts: 1) Grill the tomatoes; and 2) cook the pasta. 

Ingredients:

For the grilled tomatoes...
3 pounds plum tomatoes, cored and halved lengthwise
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Pinch kosher salt
Pinch ground black pepper

And, for the Pasta...
1 (1-pound) box penne pasta
Fresh minced basil (garnish)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 5 Oz bottle Cackalacky Spice Sauce

Directions:
Part 1 - The Grilled Tomatoes
Heat grill to high.  In a bowl, gently toss tomatoes with olive oil & rosemary and lightly season with salt and pepper.  Place the tomatoes on the grill and sear, turning occasionally, until soft and charred on all sides.  Return to bowl and cut into bite-size pieces with kitchen shears.

Part 2 - The Pasta
While preparing grilled tomatoes (Part 1), cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente (or, cooked to your preferred tenderness), according to package instructions.  Drain the water and return the pasta to the pot. Add olive oil, grilled tomatoes and Cackalacky Spice Sauce - toss gently.  Divide among bowls, garnish with minced basil, and serve.  Serves 4 to 6.
