Cackalacky’s Spiced Barbecue Ice Cream

This outlandishly fun and tasty recipe has been featured on TV and newspapers around the world!

Note: You will need a standard Homemade Ice Cream machine for this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cups Half & Half
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Liquid Hickory Smoke
3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Pork Barbecue (You can substitute Pre-cooked Bacon Pieces)
Pinch Cinnamon
Dash salt
Cackalacky Spice Sauce (as ice cream topping)
Fresh Mint Leaves (Garnish)

Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and mix until sugar is dissolved.  Then, simply pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturers instructions.  

Serve scoops of Barbecue Ice Cream in bowls topped with Cackalacky Spice Sauce and garnished with a sprig of Fresh Mint Leaves.
