Spicy Cackalacky Holiday Dip!

This simple and savory recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser - and
perfect for any Holiday party!

Ingredients:
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky® Spice Sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
Pinch paprika
2 tbsp. minced cilantro

Directions:
In a large dip bowl, stir together the Cackalacky® Spice Sauce,
sour cream, onion soup mix and mayonnaise.
Top with paprika and
garnish with minced cilantro.

Serve the Cackalacky® Holiday Dip with your
favorite corn tortilla chips.

Helpful Hint: If you have the time, try to make the dip at least an hour
ahead of time and chill it in the fridge to let the flavors come together.

 

 

Ultimate Guacamole!

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 cup finely chopped white onion
1/4 cup Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Pinch freshly cracked black pepper
Pinch kosher salt

Directions:
In a large bowl gently stir together all of the ingredients
and serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips.

Serving suggestion:
The avocado shell halves make a great serving bowls!

 

 

Fru Fru Blue Cheese & Pecan Spread

Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
1 (4-ounce) packet pecan pieces
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
Form into a ball and roll with crushed pecans, if desired.

Serve with your favorite crackers.

 

 

Original Wings o’ Fire!

Ingredients:
Approximately 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce

Directions
Over an open flame, grill the wings until “blackened” and done.
Tumble the wings in a large bowl with Cackalacky® Spice Sauce
and serve immediately while they’re steaming hot.

 

 

World’s Best Party Dip

Ingredients:

1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky® Spice Sauce
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream

Directions
In a serving bowl, stir together the sour cream
and Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce.

Serve immediately with your favorite Corn Chips!

 

 

Cackalacky Spicy Garlic Hummus Dip

This traditional crowd pleaser makes a perfect side dish for any cookout!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
1 (14-ounce) can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. Tahini paste
Pinch kosher salt

Directions:
Combine the Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce, chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic,
olive oil, cumin, Tahini paste and kosher salt in a food processor.
Purée mixture until smooth. Scoop the hummus dip into a bowl and
serve with toasted pita bread slices.

 

 

Cackalacky Firecracker Salsa!

This traditional crowd pleaser makes a perfect side dish for any cookout!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
3 whole large tomatoes - diced
1 cup white onion, diced
1 green jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Pinch kosher salt
1 cup white distilled vinegar

Directions:
Gently stir all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
Chill for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

 

 

Jessica's Bodacious Black Beans

1 (16-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole corn or corn with green chiles
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Savory Cackalacky Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails intact
1 (12-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spiced Mustard
Grilling skewers
2 tbsp. minced chives for garnish
8 lemon wedges

Directions:
Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 1 hour.

Thread 4 to 6 shrimp onto each skewer. Prepare the grill for medium-
high direct cooking. Brush with Cackalacky
® Spiced Mustard and grill
shrimp for about 4 minutes. Turn, brush with Cackalacky
®
Spiced Mustard and grill for another 4 minutes
or until shrimp are opaque.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped chives.
Serve with lemon wedges and remaining Cackalacky
®
Spiced Mustard for a savory dipping sauce.

 

 

Cackalacky Cocktail Sausages

Ingredients:
1 pound cocktail sausages
1 (12-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spiced Ketchup
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup grape jelly

Directions:
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine the Cackalacky
® Spiced
Ketchup, crushed pineapple and grape jelly.
Cook, stirring, until the jelly is melted.

In a casserole dish (or slow cooker), combine mixture with sausages and
stir until well blended. Heat until thoroughly warmed.
(Makes about 12 appetizer servings)

 

 

Cackalacky Ultimate Spiced Chip Dip!

Ingredients:
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
One (16-ounce) container sour cream

Directions:
In a serving bowl, stir the ingredients together
and serve with your favorite chips!

 

 

Cackalacky Savory Spiced Ranch Wing Dip!

Ingredients:
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
One (16-ounce) container ranch dressing

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, simply whisk and serve in ramekins
as the perfectly delicious dipping sauce for wings or
Cackalacky
® Chicken Lollipops! This recipe also works great
with blue cheese dressing!

 

 

Cackalacky Con Queso!

Ingredients:
1 (5-ounce) bottle Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce
2 pounds Velveeta
® processed cheese
1/2 cup whole milk

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt Velveeta
®
until smooth. (Do not boil.)
Stir in the milk and Cackalacky
® Spice Sauce - and serve!

Keep warm and serve in a mini “slow cooker” or fondue
pot along with your favorite chips and fresh veggies
