We brew & bottle our famously original Cackalacky^® (pronounced "kak-uh-lak-ee) spiced condiment the same way we did "way back when" - when we first made our "zesty stuff"  for a small group of friends in our tiny Chapel Hill kitchen: one bottle at a time.  The only difference is that we seem to have a LOT more Cackalacky friends these days!

And, in spite of our growth over the years, we still brew Cackalacky with more than twenty all-natural ingredients - including chunky southern-grown sweet potatoes, vine-ripened tomatoes, gobs of garlic, whole onion pieces, and tons savory "secret" herbs & spices, aged chile peppers, and a select burgundy wine.  And, we are still extra, extra, extra careful to leave out all of the bad stuff.  So, you can be absolutely sure that you are getting nothing but our signature old-fashioned honest-to goodness all-natural "Cackalacky zest" in every bottle!

So, How Do You "Cackalacky?"
