Savory Cackalacky Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled & de-veined, tails intact
1 5 Oz bottle Cackalacky Spice Sauce
Bamboo grilling skewers (available at most grocery stores)
1 lime, cut in half
1 handful minced cilantro for garnish


Directions:

Pre
-soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 1/2 hour.
 

Thread 4 to 6 shrimp onto each skewer. Prepare the grill for medium-high direct cooking. Brush top side of shrimp with Cackalacky and grill shrimp for about 4 minutes. Turn, brush with more Cackalacky and grill for another 4 minutes
or until shrimp are opaque.
 

Transfer to a serving plate, squeeze lime and drizzle the juice over the shrimp.  Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately while piping hot!
